Physical Education is an important part of the curriculum that helps students develop their physical, mental, and social skills. In this class, students will learn various sports, games, and exercises that promote fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The Physical Education Weekly Participation grade is based on the following criteria:

Participation: Students are expected to participate actively and enthusiastically in all activities. They should wear appropriate clothing and footwear, bring their own water bottle, and follow the safety rules.
Following directions: Students are expected to listen carefully and follow the instructions of the teacher and the coaches. They should respect the equipment and the facilities, and help with setting up and cleaning up.
Behavior: Students are expected to behave appropriately and respectfully in Physical Education. They should cooperate with their peers, show good sportsmanship, and avoid conflicts or arguments.
The Physical Education grade will be calculated as follows:

O: Outstanding, which means the student has shown exemplary performance that is higher than excellent.
S: Satisfactory, which means the student has met the expectations and standards of the subject.
N: Needs Improvement, which means the student has shown some progress but still needs to work on some areas of the subject.
U: Unsatisfactory, which means the student has not met the expectations and standards of the subject and needs significant improvement.
